Norway apologises to its World War Two 'German girls'

Norway's Prime Minister Erna Solberg has issued an official government statement of regret to Norwegian ladies who were abused over World War Two-time associations with German warriors.

Norway, an unbiased nation, was attacked by Nazi powers in April 1940.

Up to 50,000 Norwegian ladies are thought to have had hint associations with German troopers.
